Was really looking forward to fresh produce. Ordered several different products, only 3 were in packages the other were loose inside the box. Root vegetables got "bruised" and got fruits dirty. Long beans arrived wilted and durty.

Very friendly people and the products are fresh and very good. I have ordered breadfruits, avocados, sugarcane, recao, and rambutan so far and was very satisfied with my order. I recommend this company. I will be ordering again from them.

High-quality products. My order always comes quickly. I've never seen such a selection of products anywhere else like at Vega Produce, they always amaze me with their variety. So I order something new every time and try out new flavours. That's actually pretty cool :)

"The fruit arrived"

The fruit arrived green and as it started to ripen they started to show signs of bruising and mold. I emailed customer service with pictures of the fruit and they only offered a partial refund or a replacement.Update - Vega Produce did give me a full refund....The papaya was as I stated and started getting moldy within a week of when I received the shipment.

"One of my items was missing completely"

One of my items was missing completely. The chives were loose and limp and scattered in the box. The bitter melons had burst open and the seeds were all in the box. The beans had more brown unusable ones than green ones. The habanero peppers had black spots on a few and were slimy. I paid 75 for two bags of eggplant and a few melons as nothing else is usable and I've not cut into the melons yet so I'm Leary of them after seeing the condition of the rest of my order. Beyond disappointed. Would never order from here again and definitely would not recommend to friends/family.

"Excellent customer service & delicious produce"

I have not tried their boxes; my orders have always been a la carte. I've ordered from them three times and while I did have a couple issues (missing or not very fresh produce), customer service has always been very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will certainly be ordering from them again.

"HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE"

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called looking for my produce since it had been almost 5 days since I ordered. Left a voicemail for their customer service rep. NO CALL BACK RECEIVED. Food was delivered ONE WEEK after shipped. FOOD WAS ROTTEN, DISGUSTING, WET, SMELLY, AND FLIES FLEW OUT OF THE PACKAGE. Promptly threw out package and all contents immediately after opening. Filed a dispute with my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

"Overall good experience"

Overall good experience, shipping time is appropriate for my location. All produce was fresh except 1 malanga had a little rot at the tip but no big deal, just cut it off a little.I wish they could offer free shipping for a certain amount, so I can shop there more often.

"Ice pack did not last resulting in wilted herbs"

The communication was excellent and the shipping was faster than I expected it to be. I can also tell there is a lot of effort put into the packaging. The only issue is that the ice pack that was used did not stand up to the heat. That being said by the time I received my Culantro it was already wilting. Maybe it should be dry ice instead.
