I was so excited to get my order of Quenepas. June/July I always come here and order throughout the whole quenepa season. I got my order looked at the quenepas and I knew immediately these were picked too early and I was right. Hardly any fruit on it and bitter sour. I called right away got transferred to 3 people and finally left a message to the voicemail i was sent to. No return call. I emailed. No reply. Last year it was the same thing with the first batch I received and seems others complained because they agreed they were not ready and they did replace the order. I will order again I am usually more than satisfied with the orders I receive I just do not appreciate being passed from person to person explaining same thing to each one just to get sent to voicemail and not reply to email either. Customer Service this time I would give -5 stars. Also stop the ridiculous ice packs in a cardboard box. It makes the fruit start growing white mold and the ice is for a COOLER. I have never ever received iced products, or cool products what I do get is a very hot water "bag" that lays on and heats up the fruit. And I already know the reply tp this feedback since you give same answers to everyone if they are happy or unhappy with order. Same answers for different situations.

Produce was very good, but not avocados. They needed to be packed better as they were rolling around the box and one was about 75% inedible due to rot.

Awesome idea. I would send less quantity of a product like turmeric would be my only comment. But everything arrived fresh and perfectly packed.

Ordered 6lb of Jamaican Yellow Yam! It didn't look good on the outside, but once I shaved it I saw that most of it was fine. No problems, I would order again.
