I was once very impressed, but that luster is beginning to tarnish, they have eliminated convenience only to opt for a platform which does not work all the time. When you question they act as though your the problem, the kids at the tellers act like your incapable of handling technology through a phone and the managers all scratch their chins. Most of them don't realize it was the ones they are talking to who concieved of these ideas of technology. Not quite so sure I'll continue with their services in the coming years. Right now even with their issues they are better than most.

I ve banked at Great Basin for over 10 years. I ve been so pleased with their service that I haven t been able to bring myself to switch credit unions after moving out of state. Even when my card was deactivated because of fraudulent activity, my replacement card came to my out-of-state residence very quickly.

We have been members since the mid 1980s and continue even though we have moved to Washington state! The service remains to be member focused which was an overriding factor in using a credit union over large institutional banks.
