Happy with Great Basin....Very nice staff....I had a problem with my stimulus card, and Amanda, was nice enough to call me at home, and explain the steps they were going to take to solve the problem.Patsha was involve trying to help me. And also called , on a conference call, with the Bank that sent me stimulus card....She was nice and very patient....I was happy...

I've been a member of This company since I moved to NV many years ago. The Great Basin team is always friendly, helpful and eager to help every time I visit a branch. When I first started I would go to the Sparks branch but since I moved I tend to visit the Northwest Reno location. I have been with Great Basin for 35 years and mostly very happy with them. I was a little upset when i open a savings acct. for my grand baby. Was not told i needed to keep $ 300 in there and they were deducting $10 per month out of her acct. so i withdrew the money and brought it to a different bank.
