"Thinking of dumping my accounts"

Thinking of dumping my accounts. Should be able to log in from my home laptop without fooling with a texted number every time. Maximum savings withdrawals should be more than 5000. It took 3 months to transfer my savings account to my brokerage account. In addition I have had transactions denied by the group who monitors my debit card which were ridiculous. For example, after waiting an hour in line at the CVS drive-thru I got my drugs only to have the payment denied and had to give them back and leave. If this is banking convenience I shudder to think what inconvenience might be.

I have been a customer with Great Basin FCU for many years. My kids have savings accounts too. My experience with GB has been a personalized one. By that I mean whenever I do business such as buying or refinancing a vehicle, GB does not come at me with a blanket approach like the national banks do. I feel like I get loan terms based on my individual circumstances. I have not had a bad experience with GB. If there was one thing that is left to be desired, it is not having a drive-through ATM in the Spanish Springs area. Even that is not the end of the world because there are partner credit unions in the area which have fee-free ATM services.

"Need to work on being professional/educated"

The employees I ve been in contact with have been unprofessional when it comes to sending messages on the online chat feature adding unnecessary lingo. Also constantly have to keep repeating myself over and over again in order for staff to comprehend what I want. Lastly, when asked to write my name a specific way on my card, Veronica completely ignored it and put both last names despite me asking to have one on the card.
