Great Basin has been a great credit union to be apart of for sure and anyone checking too see about joining, I highly recccomend them. The only reason im rating them 4 and not 5 stars is because there have been times in the past where it will take many days to process money coming in, even checks that come in regularly will take a couple days longer than most other places.

I had a brand new 2018 Chevy that I financed with you guys. It came time to purchase a different vehicle, new truck to be exact. In my own willingness, I wanted to stay with Great Basin while I shopped for a new truck. After applying online it took your staff several days to call me, which the first call was intended in asking several questions on my wanted new vehicle, which is understandable. I waiting several more days for an answer, which I never received. I received a second call to pretty much ask my questions that I had already answered. I went in to my our local GMC and purchased my new truck, with a new bank and with a smoking interest rate. You guys need to understand when someone is looking for a vehicle, they are truly looking for a vehicle. I told the nice lady that I spoke with "I want to stay with Great Basin, but I am not apposed to going to another bank". You guys wanted to beat or match my current loan, but I had given you all the priority at first. Too little to late.
