"Bitcoin don't arrive at wallet"

Hello, good afternoon, this is Melida rosero. Yesterday I made a purchase of $150 dollars in Bitcoin. I received a message from you confirming that the amount I bought had already arrived in my wallet, but it has not yet arrived. I have written 3 emails with this letting them know what happened and I have not received a response. I will be attentive.

"I tried to buy solana multiple times."

I tried to buy solana multiple times but it did not work with my account and card. So I used my friends google pay and it showed that transaction was blocked. I didn't revive my crypto. It shows -200$ in my account and in description (blocked) I don't have that money and I don't have my crypto either.

"First time went fine..."

First time went fine, didn't ask for KYC for a $20 transaction. Second transaction, not so well. They took my $20 before they then asked for KYC. Asked straight off the bat for my full social. Just bad practice to take the money before asking for such personal info in my opinion.
