"Adding my new card was the worst experience ."

I added a new card and I wasn't able to buy there was no block from my bank or anything so I had to do a completely different card and it was very disheartening especially since I kept telling the reps there was no problem with my card

Better tracking of transaction process. no obvious way to track purchase of crypto after payment is submitted. only relying on email at original transaction that crypto was actually obtained and sent to wallet. no follow up info or process tracker to show status of transaction.
