Driver arrived within time-slot and delivered heavy bags of compost, stacking them inside our potting shed as requested

"Failed delivery, no communication"

I had a delivery at an expected time slot. I received a notification saying the delivery was on its way. It did not arrive. Later, I checked the city sprint tracking site, which said 'delivery failed' with no explanation. There was no communication about this. I was awaiting arrival and the delivery truck did not show up. I understand things can happen to prevent a delivery, but the lack of communication is shocking. I needed the parts for a project and had arranged a specific delivery time for this. When I called, the operator would not give me any information and said I had to call Wickes. Appalling service. I called Wickes, who also had no information from city sprint. They were unaware that the delivery had failed. Woeful.

Mr Singh (NG34) was one of few who realized the "back door" is in frequent use and didn't drop the heavy bags in front of it. Moreover he moved the bags to a more convenient location when I asked.
