Friendly, helpful and respectful. Driver informed me of damage to some of the goods that was present when they were collected. He contacted the store upon delivery and they were then able to call me to rectify the issues. Went above and beyond in my opinion. I wish more deliveries were this good.

"Useless carrier"

Useless carrier, placed an order with Wickes, said Cityspirit would deliver Easter Monday. Txt from city sprint night b4 confirming delivery between 10-3. Didn't arrive, phoned city sprint who were useless as I did not have their job number ( how hard would it be to include it in txt). They said go back to wickes for order number which I did and phoned them back to be told it was not their ' job' number but a wickes order number. If they are delivering on behalf of wickes they should provide the job number in their delivery confirmation. I will phone wickes tomorrow and cancel the order based on the failure of city sprint to deliver.
