I have taken time off work and waited at home for 14 HOURS for my delivery today from Wickes. Supposed to be delivered by CitySprint. I am disgusted as I paid Wickes for this delivery. Not only are Wickes getting a call tomorrow morning to cancel and refund my order. They will also be informed that I shall no longer be purchasing from them in future due to their use of CitySprint for deliveries... which never arrive. Oh and CitySprint, don't ask me to email you. You wasted my time enough already with your non-service.

He is friendly, professional and has placed heavy bags in exactly the right place. CitySprint have not let me down once and I have been kept informed reliably but not incessantly - something I value greatly. I can only highly recommend the company and staff.
