After struggling with debt for a few years I visited the Trust Deed Scotland website and filled out the questionnaire to see if I would qualify for any help. Shortly after Emily gave me a call just to go through the questionnaire and attain any additional details required she was very warm and friendly so I didn't feel judged at all. After confirming these details I was connected with Peter who thoroughly explained all the options available to me and assessed what would be affordable to me. Again Peter was friendly and I didnt feel judged or ashamed of my situation, he kept in contact through every step of setting up the trust deed and made sure I understood everything. I feel like a weight has been lifted and I definitely recommend to anyone struggling with debt who feel they are caught in the endless cycle to at least fill out the questionnaire online to see what options are available to you.
