Have to give trust deed scotland 5 out of 5. Would give them more if there was the option. Phone trust deed scotland because i was overwhelmed with my debts. And was in a financial melt down. From the moment i phone i was not judged. And made to feel that they would do all that they can do to help. And the sure did. It was the hardest phone call i had to make. I felt nervous broken and worried. But after talking to them. I started to feel better within 15mins of making contact. Today i signed my trusted thursday 25th January 2024. What made this easy and so helpful is i only contacted trust deed scotland on monday 22nd January 2024. So thats 3 day. Yes 3 day and my debt has all been sorted. Into a single managable payment. So instead of potentially being stuck in debt for who knows how long. I will be debt free in 4 years. So if you have debt that you cant afford. Please contact trust deed scotland. Staff are helpful, understanding and kind as well non judgmental. And Soreena who help me was a complete star. So like i said it is very hard to make that first call. But trust me you will feel so much better after just this first phone call.All i would say is be pro active make the call. Once you do it will make you feel better.

Communication was completely flexible around my working pattern and we went through everything at a speed I was comfortable with. Taking the first step to being debt free can be daunting but I definitely felt supported during this process.
