I have had a very positive experience with the company. On my initial first contact, I felt overwhelmed with everything, my debts were all around me. Making contact with the company was the best thing I did as they listened to me and started working with to come up with a plan. My advice is be honest with the team, they want to help you, any information that they require it is easy to send using their online tool.
