When I first heard about trust deeds I wasn't sure but after consultation and thinking about the implications of doing nothing, the choice was clear. At the time it was very daunting but all the ground work was done by Harper McDermott and although fees are built in its a massive relief not having any involvement with your creditors. It's been an easy process where you regain your financial independence. Some would argue 4 years is a long time but the stress relief alone was worth it and now coming out the other side I can say its flown by. My experience was very positive from start to finish and I can't thank the whole team enough. I gave TDS all of my debt information and they talk through a few solution and I got to pick the one that I thought would be best for me. They took time to explain everything they put a temp hold on debt chasers called a moratorium while we sorted out my debt and what my affordability was.They sorted out my Debt and I have a lower monthly payment than I expected but I still have a money to live without struggling and the debt solution takes away some of the worry.
