Where do i start. After many sleepless nights worrying about my finances, i eventually took control and contact Trust Deed Scotland where i spoke with Soreena. She talked me through the whole process explaining every detail and was so patient and understanding with me. All my embarrassment went out the window once i started talking with Soreena and she made me feel so at ease with everything. She was so approachable and answered any questions and emails very promptly. She listened and understood and was very empathetic to my situation. In my opinion she is a very well trained, caring and professional member of staff to have on your team and if it wasnt for her i would still be having sleepless nights, however now i feel like a huge wait has been lifted off my shoulders. I have recommended Soreena to a few friends who are in the same predicament i was so a huge thank you to her. Amazing service !
