"Ongoing debt"

I have been drowning in debt for years and could see no way out and finally found the courage to call Trust Deed for support. From the very beginning Val understood my worries without judgement. She made me feel at ease, and that there was actually a way out. She made sure the process was quick and easy with me having to do very little at all. I have never felt relief like I do right now. Like most people I have been worried about the rise in cost of living. I was paying the minimum amount to the debit I had and felt they were going nowhere.I phoned trust deed Scotland who listed to my concern. They passed me onto Matthew who straight away understood my situation with no judgment. He went away with the information I provided and was able to come up with a plan to help me. I cannot thank him enough. Matthew talked to me even process and the information was first class. I now feel I on top of things and it's thanks to trust deed Scotland and Matthew

Beginning this process was something I was incredibly upset and anxious about however, when I contacted Trust Deed Scotland and had the absolute pleasure of having Valerie for an advisor, it turned out to be a completely different experience to what I expected. Valerie was absolutely fantastic!! She was kind, understanding, non judgemental and completely impartial and let me make my own decisions. She was like talking to a friend, what a lovely manner and personality. To anyone who is having doubts. DO IT! The best thing I have done, I can finally sleep at night! 5 STAR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! I told Valerie I would really love to have this sorted by Christmas and she made this happen for me. I am so grateful for her help!I also spoke with Tommy for my final call, another example of 5 star customer service. Fantastic!

Trust deed have been amazing all through my process if I could give them more stars I would 5 stars isnt enough, everyone I have ever came across has been so helpful within trust deed, Amy the team leader to every other colleague has been outstanding when it comes to understanding there customers situations and the best thing is they want to help you and its evident, it's by far the friendliest experience, the situation is very sensitive and they know this when you first look into trustdeed as it can be daunting thinking about it, but it's the best thing I done when at a time I was under so much stress, I highly recommend talking to part of the team if you're in a stressful situation with debt etc I've been with trust deed since October last year and its took alot of stress away from me, Amy and the team have been brilliant with me! Thank you.
