Throughout even making the decision to enter a trust deed, I was provided with the upmost respectable information. Very assuring and with this support I chose entering a trust deed was the right thing for me. Since entering, I have received continued support, and reassurance. I would also like to add the communication has been fantastic, via telephone and email. Always received a very prompt response. With any worries or queries I have had, I have been provided with great customer service and advice. I would like to add Nicola Watson is an absolute credit to the company and cannot thank her enough for all her support. Even recently with a query, the advice given has put me very much at ease and has took a lot of stress from me.:)

Our journey began with a call and we met Bobbi who was compassionate of the circumstances we have found ourselves in and instantly set us at ease to tackle our debt in a nonjudgmental way. We were then passed over to Valerie Bell who was equally as compassionate and non judgemental she was clear and concise about the full process and ensured we knew all the options available to us. Our case was not straight forward as it was a joint claim and involved a lot of paper work for Val to comb through, nothing was a bother for her and she was great at answering any questions and being available to us throughout the full process. We feel so much lighter now that we have a DAS in place and for the first time in a long time we feel in control of our finances and in a better place to form a good relationship with money.
