Setting up was easy to do, as well as help and support given including over and above, as in contacting rent provider etc to stop eviction etc.Now set up still not left you, phone making sure everything ok, and if not helping again.Was worried about setting up, and getting accepted and creditors chasing, Trust Deed Scotland helped and reassured what is a difficult and struggling time.Everyone spoken to cant do enough to try help and support when no one else would help

These guys have been extremely helpful from the start, went above and beyond to help me out very understanding and offered all the help they can give, knowing i suffer from depression these guys even kept in touch to make sure i was doing ok and asked if I needed anymore help they would happily oblige, Sharon made sure to explain everything clear as day and unlike every other debt relief company Sharon had great knowledge spoke to me like a human being and an equal, absolutely no judgement towards me absolutely understanding of the situation, it did take quite a while for my paperwork to come through to start the process but i was not hounded and harrassed, one phonecall every so often just to check up on myself and make sure all was well, all options were discussed in full and explained why I may not be eligible for those types of help, lovely experience recommend to anyone who needs help Thank you guys so much
