The initial challenge is to pick up the phone but after that the process is easy, one affordable monthly payment or weekly payment set up and your on track to becoming debt free, I did miss a couple of payments through out my plan however if you contact them and organize repayment to get your plan back on track then there's no problem, for when these unexpected incidents occur. Honestly can't recommend them enough. One thing to mention that may certain people, once your plan is up and running your left alone and only contacted when needed, and your creditors can't contact you also, so the stress off letters and phone calls is gone.If you're in need of help give them a phone.
