My debt was literally taking over my life, my mental health and my day to day life. I struggle with anxiety and made an impulsive decision to apply for trust deed Scotland not expecting them to get back to me within 5 minutes of me applying. It was the best decision I've made, jason was my advisor and helped me through the whole process. From making phone calls on my behalf, to just being understanding. He really has taken all the stress off my shoulders and I've basically had to do nothing. Jason has honestly been fantastic help and made me feel so much better about my situation.

Matthew explained the process, my options & reassured me every step of the way. Communication is key & Matthew was 100% on point. From worrying for a few months now, getting deeper in dept to a day and half chatting with trust deed, following the easy and straight forward process to now being debt free. What made my experience great was the person I was assigned to discuss the application and explain to me how everything would work. Andy Murphy walked me through the process and did so in a very relaxed and reassuring way. I cannot thank him enough for his time and his professionalism!! Everything he explained was clear and concise and he alleviated any stress I was feeling regarding the situation with his calm attitude and friendly demeanour. He is very knowledgeable regarding your companies procedures and is a credit to your company!!
