I like how easy it is to access my wallet.

Started out as a 5 star, however I've had some issues going forward--so far with no resolution even after implementing suggestions from tech support. Verge (xvg) is stuck in the wallet--I cannot send to another wallet or exchange it for another coin/token. This has been on going for weeks. Also, I recently bought Bittorent (BTT) which has no disappeared. Some times it will show up for a few seconds and then disappear again.

I was fairly happy with the layout at first. I like the ability to stake. One day my 3,900 ADA tokens disappeared and it showed a zero balance. I checked my activity, and nobody had removed my coins to another address, so I hadn't been hacked. I google searched, and apparently this is a common glitch. I checked the next day, and the 3,900 ADA were back. It was a little unnerving to say the least. Other than that experience, it appears to be a decent wallet.
