"4 stars. Could use improvements."

I have sent and received various coins/tokens to different wallets. I have staked. I have had no issues so far and everything seems to transact well and I get my staking rewards. Why 4 stars instead of 5? I would like to see more information about the validators before staking such as ranking, location of validator, how long they been in operation, commission rates or APY, any lock up periods. Also how many days remaining on lock up periods and/or frequency of rewards. Currently I have to go hunting this down on other sites which is very time consuming. While this is quite good (4 stars) I think there is a lot or room for improvement to make the user experience better.

"Customer service lacking"

I like that i can buy crypto directly and exchange them. However, I bought COTI but cant seem to add it to my wallet or figure it out how to. It is in the transaction history but doesnt show in the wallet!!!I got a mate to help me sort it out... because they take too long to help....The customer service is overrun and when I tried to claim my crypto to exchange for a different currency they said they were overloaded and referred to their fine print saying they didn't have to credit you.... yet they're offering the service...? I've since opened an count with trust wallet.

Transaction fees are high in transferring particular coins.Price chart is not good.Exchanging the coins consumes a lot of time.

You can manually adjust the fee for BTC, LTC and ETH. Fees for exchanges and buying operations are always included in the estimated that you see before the transaction. You see what you get and we believe that is fair.Also we are sorry for this issue with prices. We use a third- rty provider CryptoCom re to show the prices of the coins. Sometimes there can be some incorrect data. , or delays with displaying. We apologize for the problem and we plan to implement more price providers in the future to make the prices more accurate.As for the exchange, our rtners experience a heavily overload but they are doing their best to process all exchanges faster. All exchanges will be completed.
