"A few issues here and there"

A few issues here and there, took me quite a long time to send less than $5 worth of btc, not the time it took to send but the time it took to actual get it to send was just crazy. I would recommend it for safe storage, tbh if someone got access to it, they would take a long time to ever steal anything from you.

"Makes staking easy and it's non-custodial"

The wallet is easy to set up and the staking process is nice and simple, plus it's all non-custodial. I did have an issue getting some transactions to show up in the mobile version, but the desktop version showed it just fine, proving that it's not actually in the wallet, but stored on the blockchain.

"Today was first time trying wallet I.custmer service was great"

Today was first time trying wallet I had some issue I'm new I got scared about my crypto I wanted to send btc back to exchange but I didn't know that fees is big deal it takes time and I got worried but the customer service was the best kept me calmed and educated me now I know it's fine this wallet is fine I'm still not sure about all wallets they all the same I mean they tell us to not keep on exchange but I feel wallets just make things more complicated like sending to wallet was easy but sending back to exchange was hard with losing your crypto makes things harder I feel safer on the exchanges since I don't have to worries about the fees. But I still not sure I have a lot to learn how this all work but customer service was great
