"Got less than half of original quote"

I ended up getting less than half of what they had originally quoted. There was some roof rust, but I had told them about that before they gave me the original quote. Granted it might have been worse than they thought, but I was disappointed at the lowball offer they finally gave me when I went to sell the car. I do want to say that Luis was very pleasant to work with.

Had a 23 yr old car that was on it's last legs and, to be honest, was looking to sell it for parts.They came out to the house and gave it a once over...offered a fair price for it with a detailed explanation of how they came to that price - considering it's condition. The process is easy and as straightforward as advertised. However. They are still used car salesmen with all the last minute extras. 1) You will not get the price they quoted. Not happening. They will find something during the inspection to reduce it. 2) If you are not satisfied with the drastically reduced offer, you can complain and then deal with the "let me go ask my manager" if they can do better. The manager btw lives in the computer, they don't actually speak with anyone.
