EDIT: I agree on it being online, and I think that online should be updated to where we can add detail to the limited information we are asked to provide in order to get a more accurate value. My rating remains the same, and I have yet to see this private message you mentioned. Other car selling sites allow you to add more detail in order to get a more accurate value of a car. My co worker used you all for her car, and got a better value, and she has zero damage to her vehicle. she got an offer from you all for 6500, compared to me, who has low miles, minor MINOR body damage, which I was unable to describe, and a perfectly good running vehicle. and her vehicle is a year older than mine is. how is it she got a value of 6500 and I got 1900, and no I KNOW I input in correctly. It was due to lack of ability to add detail. get your system updated. I dont have the time to visit a branch, I work an 8 to 5 job and I work weekends. Only time I could visit one would be in the next two weeks, and I'm needing to sell my vehicle for more than what you guys claim the value is as soon as possible. I bought it for 5k. I am selling it in the same condition I bought it in. Its actually worth more than that, since when I got the loan, the loan people said the vehicle was worth 6500. I am wanting to sell it for 1k less than that.
