The customer service rep, Ryan seemed annoyed when I asked him if the offer was the best offer I could get before I signed away the title. He aggressively asked me "Are you saying you're not going to sign unless you get more money?". I found his aggressive tone disrespectful, because I'd imagine he would be accustomed to customers confirming they can't get a better offer at any part during the process. Terrible customer service!
