The first offer to buy my car was so low it was insulting. After several phone calls and lengthy emails from your representative, the offer improved. I did not think the final offer was fair and left the office and went home. Later Tyler contacted me and met the price I thought was fair. I then drove back to your office and the sale was complete. The inital experience was not easy. However, after my comments in this survey, the customer service has been excellent. My concerns were acknowledged and appreciated.
