A Disappointing Experience with Kingboost's ServiceI turned to Kingboost with the hope of enhancing my gaming experience, specifically to achieve a win in Masters Unfortunately, what followed was a series of disappointments and unfulfilled promises that have left me frustand compelled to share my experienceInitially, my order seemed straightforward - one win in Masters However, the assigned booster not only failed to secure a win but also added two losses to my record, citing PC issues as the reason The proposed compensation was three wins to make up for the inconvenience, a solution I reluctantly accepted But the real issue began with the execution of this promiseFor four days, my order was left unattended, with no booster willing to take it on Despite being assured by the support team that my order was a top priority and that a senior booster manager would personally handle it, the lack of action spoke louder than words Each time I sought updates, I was met with promises of imminent resolution - "within 2 hours", then "by tomorrow" - yet, no progress was madeThe communication from Kingboost was sympathetic, acknowledging the high rank difficulty and booster availability issues However, empathy without effective resolution does little to rectify the situation My patience wore thin as the days passed, with the looming threat of leaving a negative review seemingly the only leverage I hadThe support team's acknowledgment of the poor choice of characters by the booster and the mix-up regarding net wins versus total wins did little to assuage my growing discontent Promises of compensation and prioritization became empty words as the wait extended, leaving me questioning the reliability and efficiency of Kingboost's servicesThe final straw was the continuous delay and lack of a definitive timeline for when my order would be addressed The support team's inability to provide a clear answer on when a booster would finally take my order left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customerIn conclusion, my experience with Kingboost has been far from satisfactory The lack of timely and effective communication, coupled with unmet promises, has not only impacted my gaming record but also my trust in their services I write this review in hopes that it will prompt Kingboost to reevaluate their customer service and fulfillment strategies, so no other customer has to endure a similar ordealA FULL MONTH later, they found me a booster that delivered 2 loss and 0 wins His Stats was 3/9 in both games

"Absolute garbage service"

Absolute garbage service The customer service comes across professional but in the end they just end up messing you aroundI ordered a boost mainly because I didn't want to grind Let them do it and they ended up losing 500 mmr points in 2 daysI ended up playing solo again and won back what they lostThey promised they'd make it up to me and blah blah blah 3-6 months later they try to rectify it Then they change the order and the player decides to play solo to do what I was going to doNot only did they manage to ruin the mmr AGAIN They fvcked with my win streak token and that was reset, plus followed by an Abandon which tanked my behaviour scoreSo lesson learnt If you want to grind mmr, you're better off doing it on your own They collective lost 1000mmr and I ended up having to re-win it all and then some So now after playing solo I've won back 2500mmr on top of what they messed aroundIf you want to a job done, don't get lazy Just do it yourself
