I requested an AMEX Gift card for $15 & have NOT been able to use the card anywhere successfully and each time I checked the card money was deducted before I even get to spend it.

I have cashed out twice.. the first time with a $30 Amazon gift card.. I received it within the time frame.. I'm still waiting for my 2nd cash out and I have heard anything

Redeeming the rewards was easy. I appreciated the different gift cards and companies that were available to redeem my rewards. I ended up choosing the Mastercard gift card in order to give more options in spending my reward total. I was able to get everything completed in a few minutes.

It was fairly easy to get enough $ to redeem $5 Amerx gift card. Then it took a week for it to ship. I attached the card to my digital Google wallet, in order to use tap n pay, it took forever at the gas pump to accept it as payment. Finally I went into the store and was able to use it with the clerk as pre-pay fuel....for some reason it didn't allow a full $5 to be purchased, only $4.80.This was the first time...for mild issues. Every time before it all worked smoothly.
