InboxDollars needs to get a better program for cashing out to PayPal. I work with three other survey sites that transfer the cash to my PayPal account within minutes not days. Other than that, cashing out with InboxDollars is average. It works just like they say it will.

I just completed two gift card rewards. A $15 American Express card and a 10 MasterCard rewards card. The American Express was first. And believe me, I've tried using that card like 12 times and Everytime I use it it comes up declined. But I get charged 10 cents like Everytime I've tried to use it. So not only am I not able to use my $15 rewards, I'm slowly losing my $15 rewards. I've call the customer service line for American Express and they seemed great and told me that they saw the issue, removed the lock on the card and assured me they fixed it. We they didn't fix it. It still coming up declined and I'm still getting charged a fee Everytime it tells me it's been declined. The MasterCard was no issue. Everything worked fine. I did not expect it to work after my experience with the first one but no. MasterCard was a joy to use. No issues very smooth. Very easy. Thank you. American Express owes me $15.
