"I've never had a problem logging in"

I've never had a problem logging in. I was excited to receive emails about redeeming the gift card I requested/chose. Now that I've cashed out and received such emails I can't log in, therefore I can't take the last step in redeeming the gift cards. What a headache.

Cashed out on 2/27 - no gift card yet as of 3/12. It's never taken this long before. There's no acceptable reason for it to take this long. Where's my gift card?

I finally got a balance of $10 and was able to redeem for an Amazon card, which went incredibly smooth. But I will probably not use InBox Dollars anymore. It used to give me at least 1 cent for every e-mail I clicked on, now I could have 5 e-mails to click on, and I will get $0. It's just too time-consuming to make 2 cents a week. It will take me forever to reach $10 again.

If you want to waste your time earning less than $5/hr doing surveys or playing games they may or may not give you credit for, this site is for you. I used one of their special offer links to sign up for a game and followed their instructions to allow the app to track all my mobile activity. I then spent money in the game to reach the targets they set, but the game still won't connect to my InboxDollars account. The support center is impossible to use unless you have a specific incident report with documentation, rather than a more general issue with your account. It's frustrating to follow instructions and complete everything as directed and still not get rewarded for completing activities.

I had 2 transactions for cash outs and only received 1 of them and the one I did receive was only virtual and wasn't accepted everywhere. Everywhere I used it, it declined, but charged me a fee for the decline. So I never got to enjoy neither card together valuing $30. I won't be participating in anything else inbox dollars have to offer because they waste valuable time.
