"My Stamp Did Not Look Like the Template"

My stamp received for a birthday gift did not come in designed per the template I selected. There was no communication about the change. Very disappointing the stamp was not elegant like the picture. This is my second review about the same issue and nobody has reached out. Will not be ordering anything again.

I was disappointed in the quality of the items I purchased. Thirteen bucks each for two items that look like they came out of a 25 cent vending machine. But, live and learn with all online ordering. Caveat emptor!
