I received my order and all the letters on both necklaces are really really small you cannot see none of the letters I had to be placed on there I will like for a refund please

"Apple Watch strap rather disappointing"

Although the strap has both dog's names and paws you can barely make it out. Whether this is because I ordered pink I'm not sure but I'm rather disappointed with mine as it's so faint.
