I bought hot Cryto and all the Cryto hasn't showed up in my wallet and I'm also short most of the money to buy it. I've tried multiple times to connect them to fix it and most times they don't even get back to me. They just say they are super busy and can't get at it right away. Never to hear from them again. I think their way over their heads and SHOULDN'T be in the business. I would choose a different Wallet if I was to do it again. I have more issues than just this one with them that has cost me money that I'll likely never see again. I see their replies on here are similar to the ones I have gotten back, their sorry, but nothing happens to fix it. Very incompetent outfit.
