"I bought HOT through a LTC-HOT pair."

I bought HOT through a LTC-HOT pair exchange last week. Trying to repeat this week and am not able to do so. HOT is active in the wallet so not filtered out. Going through multiple support emails, Dennis from support has been very responsive but this still frustrating.UPDATE 5/27/21 4:30 PM EST:For a while the wallet flashed the message that The LTC-HOT pair is temporarily unavailable. Now that message is gone but I still cannot trade LTC for HOT.

"Good Platform but could improve."

I really like this platform, except I am not allowed to make purchases on it, for whatever reason, so that is very inconvenient. I have to purchase assets on Coinbase and then send them to my Titanium Wallet. They have a good selection of Crypto, but hope the continue to add more tokens. There are some big ones that they do not support.
