update:i'm embarraeed how tiny is the border between love and hate. although with some considerable delay, support team contacted and finally problem solved.(there are 2 different tokens in Titanium w. list that both have one identity ("ftt" and "ftx token"). both show exact and right balance, while with one you can send without any problem, with another one cant). anyway, i am satisfied and grateful.__________1 month ago i had a problem with this stupid wallet: i exchanged (via wallet) some ada for ftt tokens, and it was ok. everything seemed alright, i could see the exact quantity in balance and etherscan confirms the transaction. after that... my ftt tokens are taken hostage! i can do nothing with them. not even send them anywhere: balance is still ok but when i want to send them the available quantity is 0. and the beautiful part is here: about 1 month ago i tried to contact so called "support" team, chat was disabled, i emailed my problem, they responded "we will answer within 72 hours"... and NOTHING HAPPENED YET, no response. they are big time liars and i don't know what to do with my stupid ftt tokens.
