support was great. the program still has bugs. takes longer than expected for some unstaked coins to return to your wallet. happy with the produce so far.

"Cryptic-Crypto Explanations"

I generally like this wallet, but I am so weary with the cryptic-crypto explanations. I have been trying for over one month to get a simple, straightforward explanation about how to send a particular alt-coin to my Titanium Wallet. All I get is a bunch of double talk and conflicting answers depending upon who responds to my question. I am at a loss to accomplish this presumably simple process and still have not been able to do it. I have given up and will just leave this coin on the exchange where I purchased it. Crypto is going to have to become MUCH more user-friendly before it is widely adapted.Update after Titanium response >> Thanks for your useless "one size fits all" comment to my review. Your team (MANY on the team, not just one person) were completely incapable of helping me with Polygon - not just crypto in general. As I said, I finally gave up after multiple (probably 7 or 8 attempts) to get a straight answer. I don't have a degree in Crypto-Coding or Blockchain Technology, so repeatedly talking over my head was not only aggravating, it was also insulting. Just so you know, I contacted another Wallet and they answered my question the FIRST TIME I asked without needing any qualifications. And the transfer from Coinbase to this other wallet was absolutely seamless and worked the first time. Your customer service is horrible so I downgraded my initial review another star. This other wallet is clearly a 5+ Star. I will continue to use wallets with excellent customer service, which Titanium does not have.

I love this wallet. Not complicated at all and easy to use. Although I am new in using it I haven't had any problems.

This is an excellent 'entry-level' crypto wallet that is easily accessible and provides nice, easy-to-digest graphs for the supported cryptos historical trends.It supports a hundred and something cryptos, but a lot of 'alt-coins' aren't supported, so it's not going to compete with the big boys. But it's so simple and straightforward I'd recommend it to anyone just arriving to the scene.
