I didn't see my ICX balance after unstaking it months ago. The Titanium Wallet team asked for some screenshots and fixed the problem right away. I'm used to curt or "go to this link" responses but am very happy now with the support I'm receiving now.

Best wallet ever and best customer service ever. Been using Titanium Wallet for almost a year with no issue. Had a minor delay in one of my exchanges and they were extremely helpful and followed through on what they said they would do. Favorite wallet by far.

This is a great wallet so far, especially for a beginner. It's easy to navigate and use. Seems pretty secure so far, haven't had any issues with it to date. I wish the wallet would update some of the prices a little faster, but you can see that on any up to date site. It does throw your transactions off some though with converts or buying thru the wallet. Some of the fees could be a little better, but it is a free wallet, so they have to make money in some regards. If you are using the wallet simply for storage, you shouldn't run into many issues. Just watch out for fake Twitter accounts and people wanting your seeds to "help" you out.
