Customer service is lackluster at best. Took 96 hours plus to convert USDT to ETH. Emailed customer service about the delay 4 or 5 times, no response.

Could be better, I have come from Exodus and prefer their user interface (especially the portfolio view). Also I find it strange that when you stake coins it no longer counts them in your portfolio. Why is that?

great wallet has exchange and buy option. i swapped 100 usdt to sol with no problem and had some extra eth which i then swapped to vet. only fees i was charged were network fees and i earn some awc rewards while doing everything.

Slow on posting rewards in staking. The app is still pretty new to me so I don't really have much else to say about it. Biometric log on would be nice instead of having to type a password. I believe that would enhance security a next level up.PS: Thank you for replying so quickly. I stand corrected. However loading the staking rewards is still very slow and tedious. It can take up to 5 minutes on my phone to see my updated staking balance.

It was very nice and hard at the begining when I was started to used, but at the end it was a very nice journey and lesson to learn about wallet and crypto. It is place to do better, and I hope it will be number 1 wallet in the world in one day. thanks for helping me in my journey
