"I am only using as a wallet"

I am only using as a wallet, and not really using it as a trading platform. working well so far. The only gripe I have is regarding the up to date prices of my coins. When I compare the coin prices with the exchanges I use, AW seems to be lagging behind. I find this the easiest wallet to use on my desktop, as long as i only use it store my crypto. It has all the coins/tokens that I needed. I would recommend

Company Reply: Hi Gurj!The prices fluctuate regularly and the $ totals are shown according to the token price at the moment you open your wallet. We recommend you to relaunch the wallet all the time you want to see the current rate.The rates you see in the coin list and total balance within the wallet are taken from our rate provider CryptoCompare. Sometimes it needs a bit more time when it usually happens to update the rates. This is why we always recommend you to make sure that you have a stable Internet connection and use a VPN.Also, our rate provider doesn't have rates for all coins from our coin list, unfortunately. We'll do our best to add more rate providers in the next releases. Sorry for the inconvenience.Anyway, your funds are still on the blockchain and have their value. This issue doesn't influence the real price of the token and doesn't interfere with any operations with it.PA

Facing some problem with Zilliqa withdrawal after Unstake lock up period. wallet not responding to withdraw command in spite of coins shown as "available for withdrawal" . Requested support.
