YOU CANT TRUST THEM, I STAKE BAND AND TOOK ME LIKE 2 MONTHS TO GET IT OUT THEN THEY GAVE ME, WHAT i EXPECT ARE FAKE COINS IN RETURN . THEY WONT EVEN RETURN E-MAILS. YA THEY SUCK AND WILL RIP YOU OFF. i CANT SWAP, TRADE OR SEND THE BAND.

Titanium Wallet's customer service is fantastic. I made a dumb mistake and almost lost some tokens, but their customer service pointed me to a how-to that helped me successfully recover them.

I've been using it for almost a week now via Win 10 desktop app. So far the experience is good. The support is responsive. The app itself is working good. There were few hiccups in the exchange process, but they're solvable. The process of exchange could take up more than suggested 5 to 20 minutes. And I realized the marketing info not totally accurate, there is coin in my case is not exchangeable with anything, which is BCH. Hopefully support for BCH exchange will be happening in the future. And other weak point is, it opened so slow via Android (I'm using Android 11), sometimes more than 30 secs of waiting.
