"Terrible Customer Support"
I've had an ongoing issue with this wallet--I can't get to other wallets despite toggling them on and Apply[ing]. I've reached out to customer support multiple times. Each time, they ask me for screen shots. I send these with detailed explanations of what I'm doing. Each time, CS emails me back a link to the SAME help pages. I let them know I've already read & followed the instructions in the links, but the results are NOT happening on my end. At that point, customer support stops replying to me.I've noticed this is becoming standard customer service with a lot of newer tech companies. Instead of answering specific questions, Titanium Wallet support uses cut-N-paste responses with the same help pages already pasted into their support email responses. So you're on your own trying to find a solution. This is bad enough with a typical brick-N-mortar institution. But at least with them, you have some legal protections many crypto spaces DON'T offer. I get that a lot of these companies have small staffs, but that can't be an excuse NOT to answer clear, direct, easy technical questions. My poor experience getting help with Titanium Wallet has prompted me to empty my wallet and stop using it. I'll also share my experience with my community to save them the hassles, too.

ive been mailing Titanium wallet support for around 6days now, because sadly ive made an exchange through their wallet and it should take from 5 to 20 mins as it was clearly showing when i was exchanging but for now 5 days passed and the status of my transacation is sending to you since day one , and when i try to reach out the wallet support they keep lying to me saying that we are overloaded we will complete your exchange in few hours , and guess what ive been waiting for days not hours and now they are saying we dont have the coin and even tho they wont give me my money back , they are saying whenever we get your coin in our stock we will send it to you , lmao ive lost money because of what they are doing i dont recommend exchanging from them at all . stay safe and be careful
