"My dog has improved with taking Yumove"
My dog has improved with taking Yumove. He is 13 years old and mainly has difficulty with his back legs. He is now more comfortable going downstairs but still reluctant to go down. Only issue has been with delivery but hope this is sorted soon

"Having said that the calming tablets."
Having said that the calming tablets were pointless blank refused by my dog, yumove contacted me within the hour and issued a refund. Absolutely remarkable service as I hadn't asked for it. Thank you and well done for your super prompt response.

"Price increase by over a third is taking the *"
The price has gone up from $9.07 to $12.54 a month. More than a third in price. My dog has been taking YuMove for just over 3 years via monthly subscription directly from YuMove.Having searched Amazon I can get the tablets from the YuMove store cheaper. I'm now researching alternatives.

"bad marketing"
The products are good but the prices and marketing are a scam and probably better off setting a subscription with Amazon as it's more transparent there. Or looking for a different company that is not hell bent on inventing an offer and discount system that inflates prices but then give you an offer to reduce the cost down. The other bad marketing strategy they do is they ask if you were referred by friends and family. You say yes, they give you a discount code but to use it you have to buy at the inflated price to then reduce it back down. I thought these Jurassic marketing strategies were left behind in the old century but hey. We will use the 3 month discount then switch to another supplier and product. It's a shame really as the product is ok but the brand does not do itself any favours with these strategies. Edit:You can justify your strategies however you want. Plain and simple is you inflate your prices then offer a discount to make it look like you are providing a better deal. As for transparency love that you used that particular word to describe your conniving secretive shrouded ways. Love that for you. Maybe look up the word transparency and really think is your strategy transparent? Or are you in fact overinflating your prices and masking the real cost price with a discount scheme. If your product was really that great you would let the product speak for itself and not have to do dodgy dealing to make the product stand out. Who of your competitors does the same? Or do they just have a price and they sell at that price without having to de-value their product with an offer! But as long as your happy and the famous "we appreciate your comments" no you don't otherwise you would not have such a low opinion of your customers thinking that all of them are gullible fools.
