I've always had a good experience when buying Yumove and find the product works well with my elderly dog, so with that in mind I would recommend it to anyone! it is however a tad annoying when you have a subscription and then get sent emails with discounts that work out cheaper than your subscription.

Tried to alter my order what an absolute nightmare, the system wouldn't amend it and I spent about 2 hours over 2 evenings trying to change it - in the end I didn't bother!

Delivered on time and as usual, a good product. However, I must object strongly to the amount of packaging used. This time, not only has each little package been put into one box, the four boxes have then been put into another box! This could easily be reduced to only 2 boxes, which would probably cost less postage too!?

Very disappointed to find that the product has suddenly increased by 50%, I cannot find an email notifying me of this. Called on the phone and was told basically that's how it is. When I suggested that I may have to stop buying the product the operator was very quick to offer to cancel my subscription.3 years plus I've been buy this product.I wish my pay had increased by 50%.
