"Very professional Trainers"

Hi after 2 weeks of training at Logic where everything has been done in a very professional manner by my Trainers Dave and Rob who also made everything very easy to learn and understand everything with ease. Would definitely recommend Logic training centre in Luton

"Absolutely disgusting customer."

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!I WAS MISS SOLD COURSES!!i was told i needed 4 extra courses than i needed.When i realised this and i tried to cancel i had to send 48 emails to recive a full refund after a sarcastic rude customer service agent told i was only due a 80 percent refund when all of there own terms and conditions said i was due a full refund which they argued untill the very end.I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I never thought I would say this but I really did enjoy this ACS experience. Glen, Leon and all the staff were a credit to the Logic team. I am actually looking forward to my next ACS on Non Domestic.

I joined this company 4 months ago i have to say i am so delighted with service they have amazing skilled staff i have to start with the lady called Rachel who is extremely skilled in plumbing industry she taught us the theory side of it making sure she attended to each and every one of us.very helpful all through from start to the end always have open ears to any question .Another staff Ricky who is extremely top skilled in plumbing he taught us the practical side of it in their fully equipped workshop which is fully equipped with all appliances to practice on from boiler to full bathroom and more appliances Ricky is very patient with all the students and treats every equally he also makes sure you fully understand the practical part it and he is always approachable if you require help.Thank RachelThank you RickyI now feel very confident in plumbing industry and ready to face all the hard task after the knowledge i have gained.i highly recommend LOGIC4 thank you for making me who iam today
