"It was fun looking at word suggestions."

It was fun looking at word suggestions and pondering my choices. I really like the punctuation help. That's always been my week ness. Spelling challenged as well.

"It's cool"

It's cool, corrects me where I'm wrong, and punctuates it correctly. Has helped me so far write good essays, and I'm glad about that. Thanks to Grammarly!

"Grammarly is great all around"

Grammarly is great all around. (free version) It makes anyone write and sound more professional even if they can hardly read and write.

"Will not allow anything but positive content - very frustrating!"

I have been a subscriber of Grammarly for more than a year and generally appreciate its features. However, as a student pursuing a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, I am required to write papers on various topics, including complex issues such as trauma. I have noticed that Grammarly does not correct content that it deems "insensitive," which can be extremely frustrating when I attempt to check my paper content. I am paying over $100 for this service, and it is disappointing to encounter this arbitrary bias when submitting academic documents. I am looking for alternative options, as it makes no sense for this program to exist if it only corrects "lighter" or "happier" topics.**Grammarly's automated response did not help clarify anything. It just restated my problem. Since I have to write about "sensitive" topics, it is of absolutely no help to me. This program cannot correct my academic papers. Even mentioning the word trauma in a sentence is marked as harmful content, which is absolutely ludicrous. I suggest this app be used for more casual communications but not for academic purposes.
