Learning at IQRA is a wonderful experience. It's not easy to "go back to studying " when you are a seasoned employee, but at IQRA the teachers are professionals, and flexible. My teachers are with me patiently explaining, and cheering as I make progress. The support staff is always prompt to respond when I have conflicts when class conflicts with an office meeting. I think what I love about IQRA is the sense of community I feel. As soon as I enrolled, I found myself surrounded by a community of professionals who care about providing the best support for my success by providing the best teachers and administrative support the can provide. Put simply IQRA team is the best.

"Horrible admin, Look elsewhere."

We took lessons from Iqra for 2 people adult and a child for 6 months. The child's first male teacher was always sleepy/yawning during class, his headphones never worked,just made my son listen to audio recordings. After changing the teachers, he was on on same juz for 6 months, he can read fluently, already has done tajweed rules, and have had Quran classes for 2 years prior. I just feel they were billing for hours and not really teaching anything or progressing.The adult teacher would cancel classes, bill them without teaching, or giving credit for future classes, nightmare to deal with admin.They still owe me credit classes, just an awful dreadful experience with them.Re.to Iqra: would you like me to post screen shots from your company, may be then you would be able to find student names? No one gave any student feedback nor did any student advisor contact me. Just admit that your company is lacking serious customer service training!
