I started editing a video, and everything went smoothly until it was time to download the video. The free version only goes up to 720p, which really isn't that good, and there's a huge trademark on the video that you have to pay to get rid of. 20 minutes wasted.

I used to love veed but now I'm thinking I gave it a wrong review before. Now it's been a week that it glitched, and hangs a lot, and errors everytime I add subtitles. It seemed okay at first but when you add too much videos to the timeline then the software kind of can't handle too many videos to be edited at once and it just keeps on lagging. My internet connection is not the problem since I have a very fast connection, my computer is fast too so it's really Veed that has an error and it's been weeks like this so it's like a constant problem on their end. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who wants to work fast. Still, if they can fix these glitches then users can benefit from it for long time. It's still a promising tool but not for me I think given I need to do work fast and not experience lags. Thank you.

Still lots of bugs. No refund offered in the trail period. How can you test something and know its right, unless you try it. The program crashes all the time. I tried uploading automatic captions, turned up all garbled. Did the same thing on Cap cut, no problems at all and is cheaper. How can you take someone's money an not offer a refund, if you brought less than a week ago. Its wrong. I cant see how this is legal ?Even on their middle price tier you only get so may minutes. Pure robbery. I would not recommend them

For a person with no technical skills of video editing, Veed made it possible.2. Customer service is great. You will always be helped with any and all of your questions on time.3. The team is always working on improving the tool. The one that I love right now it the change in the highlight tool where we can change the color of the highlighted text at once.
