Can't review the flowers as they are not delivered till tomorrow . Straight after I ordered the flowers I realised I must have missed the chance to ad a gift card . Even though I had placed the order only 2 minutes before there was no way to rectify this and no human customer service to talk to . Poor service , 2 stars deducted

Created an AI birthday message for my retired motorcycle friend which he loved - he said it was the most sentimental birthday message he had received. He was clearly thrilled at having his personal interest captured by the card. Love it!

Easy to find although a huge amount of selection. Arrive on time.

The Easter card did not arrive on the day I wanted. I felt I wasn't given much of a window for delivery to Australia. Australian post is a lot different than the UK it can take 2-4 days. I feel Moonpig should adjust their delivery schedule and give proper advice to their Customers about Australian delivery times.

I didn't receive my order. Their solution was to credit my account for my next order, but why would I risk placing another order? I will be requesting a refund to my PayPal account.

"Don't buy the balloons!"

Ordered some balloons for my mums 70th. Not only did the courier leave them outside in the pouring rain, when I gave them an alternative place to deliver. When opened the box. One balloon was deflated and one is not full so won't last long. Got a refund, no apology or replacement offered. Customer service team did not even know how I could leave a review. I guess they do not want people to!
